IN a cosy attic room in Ilkley, surrounded by candles and sprawled on colourful cushions, a group of souls gather together to open their hearts and connect to the universal energy around them and within them. At 9am and 6.30pm (not Fri eve) each weekday, extraordinary things are happening and no two days are the same. Mums hurry from the school gates, police officers take advantage of time off shift, company directors leave the boardroom behind, shopkeepers decide to open a little late and pensioners hop on a bus or share lifts, all of them heading for the same place. A place where their souls will be balanced and their spirits lifted, yes, they are all heading for The Happiness Centre, home of  Lift The Spirit Heal The Soul. Here they hope to experience the unconditional peace and stillness found in the meditations. These sessions aim to unlock the beauty of the universe and teach the release of fear and worry. To help lost and saddened souls to live again with joy as their constant companion and to reconnect with what really matters.

It is a place where angels sit among the gathered and healing flows, a place of safety, truth and love.

Everyone is welcome and all sessions are free. No catch, no condition.

The Happiness Centre offers free meditation and free Healing, but people like to be able to donate, therefore we have our chosen charity, buying blankets for The school of Pachar in Peru. Pachar is a little town in the sacred valley , it is near to Ollantaytambo.  In this little town there is a school with 180 students, most of the students come from the Socma, Marcuray and Rayan Villages far away. and the children have to walk for 2 or 3 hours to get to the school. We have chosen these children because they are so high in the mountains of the sacred valley where the weather is extremely cold!

MANY people who come to me for healing are crippled by fear so severe they are unable to move forward with their lives. But what are these fears? Attacks by terrorists, global warming. floods, famine, death? Not at all, their fears are of leaving the familiar and seizing the life they want for themselves. In short, they want to jump, but only if someone shows them where they will land. They will only leave their unhappy marriages if someone can promise them they will not end up alone or poor, they will sacrifice happiness for money and a nice home or status. Then there are those who are admired by others for their career advancements but spend each day, at each meeting, with an ache of longing for a different life. With an overflowing bank account but an empty heart. Their fear of jumping is to do with what others will think of them if they turn their backs on material wealth and possessions, so they live their lives to support their egos and keep them in a constant supply of the latest handbags, cars and trinkets. Is that the value of  happiness. . .a few pairs of £500 shoes and a shiny car?

Others sacrifice their own happiness for fear of offending a parent or partner so they live their lives under a veil of deceit, pretending to be happy but yearning for something more. How many freshers have begun university on courses or career paths chosen to please parents? More than you may think.

Many of these people come to me with pains in their legs and swollen joints, arthritis and other physical symptoms of their choices. The illnesses are physically crippling them while their lives are crippling their minds. One day they will grind to a halt, riddled with regret.

Cast off your chains of fear and step out with truth in your heart and stop wasting your life. Jump and trust that the universe will make your landing soft and safe. Imagine you are watching someone else in your life . . .what advice would you give them? One thing is certain nothing will change unless you change it. Go on, jump.

Love and blessings,

Kimm
